Early Work in Toy prototyping
Most early work was done for Cincinnati toy Sculpture House Sculpco now called Eleventyplex.
Laura Alich’s artistic path was first shaped by toy prototyping and jewelry wax sculpting, where she learned to translate ideas into tangible form with patience and precision. Working at such intimate scales taught her to respect proportion, texture, and balance — skills that remain at the heart of everything she creates.
Those early studio years also sparked her love with character and story, elements that now echo through her illustration and painting.
